General Terms & Conditions

 📅 1. Booking & Payment

  • A reservation is confirmed once payment is received.

  • Guests must provide accurate contact information at the time of booking.

  • All fees (cleaning, taxes, etc.) will be disclosed before booking.

👥 2. Guest Responsibility

  • The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and is responsible for all individuals in their group.

🕒 3. Check‑In & Check‑Out

  • Check‑in time is 3:00 PM.

  • Check‑out time is 11:00 AM.

  • Early check‑in or late check‑out may be available upon request and may include an additional fee.

🚫 4. House Rules

  • No pets are allowed in the loft.

  • No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the loft or in building common areas.

  • Guests must follow all building rules, including noise guidelines and use of shared spaces.

💼 5. Damages & Additional Costs

  • No security deposit is required.

  • Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or extra cleaning costs resulting from misuse or behavior beyond normal wear and tear.

  • Costs associated with repairs, replacements, or professional cleaning will be billed to the guest.

❌ 6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation terms will be stated at the time of booking.

  • Early departures or no‑shows are non‑refundable.

⚠️ 7. Liability

  • The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during the stay.

  • Guests agree to use the loft and its amenities at their own risk.

🔧 8. Maintenance & Access

  • The host may enter the loft for necessary repairs or inspections with reasonable notice.

  • Guests should report any issues or damages promptly.

🌐 9. Use of Property

  • The loft may not be used for parties, events, or commercial activities without prior approval.

  • Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

📜 10. Acceptance of Terms

  • By completing a booking, guests acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
